City Council Meetings

The regular, monthly City Council meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM, unless circumstances require a different date and/or time. No regular monthly meeting is held in December.

Please contact City Hall by email, phone, or in person to request being added to an upcoming regular meeting agenda. 

Please note that if you attend a meeting, and the topic you wish to discuss is not a listed agenda item, the Council will be unable to take any action on the matter at the time.

Open Meetings Act § 551.056 Open Meeting Internet Posting
A city or an economic development corporation that maintains an Internet website must post meeting notices on its website. A city with a population of 48,000 or more, or an economic development corporation in a city with a population of 48,000 or more, must post the meeting agenda on its website.
